Hi Tony,
Is there a way in the Ticket Selector to display ‘show details +’ expanded by default? https://www.screencast.com/t/VQtTrRmO
Looking forward to learn if, and if yes, how,

Hi there,

You can do this with a little CSS:

.tckt-slctr-tkt-details-dv {
    display:table !important;
}
.display-the-hidden {
    display:none !important;
}

Add that to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS.
