ticket selector not visible

al of a sudden my ticket selector is not visible, tested it with other theme (20 20) and there it works. My theme is BeTheme with a child theme, any idea where to look?

Hi there,

Can you send me a copy of BeTheme so I can install it on a test site and see if I get the same?

Ok, then yes, the problem is likely the child theme.

Is the child theme in the version you linked to the same? I’m guessing not and if so can you send me your child theme, please?

I adjusted the child theme back to original and added some extra code (Ulimate member with whitelisting domain) for the moment it looks OK again! I have to run some checks
