I’ve installed and activated the plugin for the first time. After the basic setup I created my first event and published it. Unfortunately there is no ticket selector for the event, so nobody will be able to register. Only event title and event description are visible.

Some things I’ve done and checked:
I double checked the event date and sale start / end. The event is “upcoming”.
I already tried to reinstall the plugin, but it had no effect except that the language was changed from German to English.
Maintainence mode is off.
I only activated invoice for payment.
I set “Maximum number of tickets allowed per order for this event”: 10
and “Display Ticket Selector” to Yes.
I’ve chose the questions.
Created a venue, completed its physical location data and selected it for this event.
I’ve checked the active message types for Email. Every type is eactive except “Registration Multi-status summary”.
I’ve dismissed the warning for “critical pages”, because I already noticed in the decaf version that the warning is wrong. Everything is green and I double checked the shortcodes.
And of course I deleted the cache and turned caching off.

I can’t easily install another wp theme to check if it works on a default theme. But I know it worked a few days ago on this theme with the decaf version.

I checked into this and I can see that the ticket selector is displaying on the archive view.

This does narrow things down a bit. Is there a way we can download the theme somewhere to see what it does to the single post type template?

right, thank you. Why is the ticket selector not showing on single event page? I inserted the shortcode on it now and it works.
Is there a way to disable the archive view?

Why is the ticket selector not showing on single event page?

If the theme is removing it, we’d need to take a look at the theme code to see how it’s doing that.

Is there a way to disable the archive view?

Not exactly, but there’s a way to remove specific elements from the archive view by setting everything that asks Display? to No in Event Espresso > Events > Templates > Event List.
