Hi,

We get a lot of complaints there is no ticket selector. Sometimes there is, after refreshing, sometimes not. Latest WordPress and EE4 plugin.

Hello,

Your site may be running out of memory. Try raising the memory that is available to PHP:

https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

It’s now 128M, before 64M. I wonder if this is a cause.

The issue continues.

When I deactivate W3T pagecache, it does not disappear. When I activate it, it does. How can I fix this? I want a fast website.

There are other ways to make your website faster besides using the W3 total cache plugin. Here’s a list of 5:
