Ticket selector disappeared after latest release 4.9.66p

The name of the tickets still displays, but the ticket selector has disappeared with the most recent update to 4.9.66 (previous was to version 4.9.65 I believe, and it was working).

I’m not sure how to trouble shoot this, but it’s a live site selling tickets for many events and I can’t take it down. Please help, thanks.

Hi Robert,

Nothing was changed with the ticket selector from 4.9.65 or even other recent versions. Are you sure there haven’t been changes to custom templates recently where the ticket selector code was removed from the custom templates?

If you can preview another theme using the WP customizer you can at least check to see if it’s a custom theme/template issue.

I just rolled back to 4.9.65 and the ticket selector came back so it has to be something in the plugin files. Any ideas?

Are you using custom templates for the pages where the ticket selectors reside? No other site lost its ticket selectors after updating to v4.9.66.p.
