Just logged into an event to edit the number of tickets available and, to my suprise, the ticket selector had disappeared. I tried creating a new ‘test’ event and there was no ticket selector available there either? |

Hi there, Looking over your site I can see the ticket selector is currently displaying so I’m guessing your found the cause already? If so, may I ask what happened? Or if this happening on a specific event can you link me to the event, please? |

Oh! We’d call that the editor (not trying to be nit-picky, just explaining why I was confused). Ok, so in that case do you know if you using the Advanced Editor or Legacy? Go to Event Espresso -> Events -> Default Settings. What is the ‘Activate Advanced Editor?’ option set to be? — Edit/Create an event and open up your browser dev tools (they all have them, for example Chrome Dev Tools) Look in the console section, any errors there? |

Thanks Tony. |

Awesome, I’m glad you have a working editor, however, the legacy editor will eventually be phased out of EE as we move forward with more modern methods used in the Advanced editor so I think it would be good to find out why it wont load here. If the Advance Editor wont load it means something odd is happening on the event editor and usually with dates/times. Can you let me know what the ‘Date Format’ and ‘Time Format’ values are in Dashboard -> Settings -> General, please? |

Those are fine, they are the WP Defaults. Do you mind if I take a quick look in the admin? I’d like to enable the Advanced editor and see why it doesn’t load (there should be an error in console I can work from). If that’s ok just send temp login details over using this form: |
