Hello. Nothing has changed at this event on my end, but something significant has changed

Now, it doesn’t even accept payment!
I will be changing this shortly, though, and using another way to sell tickets.
The crazy number of issues is really becoming quite a problem. I am very disappointed. I am juggling a huge number of bookings right now and I bought Event Espresso so I would have absolutely no issues with ticket sales for the shows for which I’m selling tickets.
I’m starting to regret that, as it has only caused problems.

Hi there,
I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you are having. Can you let us know where it’s not accepting payment? I ran a quick test registration and it auto-directed me to PayPal for payment. That would indicate that the bypass payment page setting is enabled. In either case, it appears to be accepting payment as expected. One thing to keep in mind with the PayPal gateway is if you’ve been repeatedly testing the gateway, you may need to clear your browser’s cookies, or open a private browsing/incognito window.
