Ticket registrtions shortcode

Hello,

I have used the shortcode to display logged in tickets for a user and placed them on a my account page.

I have attached screenshots of the problem, but basically, the inital table states ‘# of tickets’ = 1 and actually that is the ‘number of transactions’ as in this particular case i bought 4 tickets not 1.

then the mini table within the event registration, under ‘Your Tickets’ shows only 1 ticket and not all 4 tikets. But on the receipt you can see i purchased 4 tickets. Is this a known bug? or are labels just misleading on the table?

I’d say it’s neither because when I checked on this on one of the sites where I use EE4, the table shows the correct number of tickets.

Do you have the current version of Event Espresso 4 and the current version of the WP User Integration add-on?

Hi Josh,

I’ve just updated to the newest versions. The # of tickets is still not matching up to the actual amount purchased.

Say if we had an event and bought 1 ticket, that number would increase. But if we then bought 3 more tickets for that event, the # of tickets in that table would say ‘2’ and not ‘4’.

Thanks

it increases per transaction/purcahse but not per ticket

Its not listing the number of transactions, its listing the number of tickets assigned to that specific user.

Are you adding different details for each attendee as you select more tickets?

Can you link me to an event I can view this on? If I need login details to view the event please send via:

Hi Tony,

An example event is at http://contentmanagementwebsite.co.uk/keep_active/events/hetton-school/

There are Mijireh gateway logins which I’ll send through to you.

I think we’ve figured why it doesn’t appear to be working. We only have one registrant thats buying multiple tickets so it shows as 1, where if there were multiple registrants each buying a ticket it would show correctly?

I think its the way our checkout is set up.

Yeah those other registrations belong to the other contacts.
