Ticket Printing

Hi,

Just had a question about ticket printing. How can registrants print their tickets? Is their only option the email that they receive or can they look at their list of registered events and print their tickets? I don’t see that option if that is an option.

Hi Andy,

Currently EE will only send the ticket notice email and the users must use that (or if you have included the link in another email they can use that)

However if you are using the EE4 User Integration add-on the users can view the ‘My Events’ section and use a function like this:

To display the tickets for Approved registrations within that.

You can place that function within your child themes functions.php file or a Custom Functions Plugin
