Hi I have my ticket prices set at $35 each but the last few people that have paid have only been charged $3. What is happening?

Hi,

I ran a quick registration on your site (I didn’t pay though), and couldn’t see any obvious issues.

What gateway are you using?

Is there any correlation with the users who only paid $3? (e.g. was it all on the same event, or anything else that might be related).

I’m using aurthorize.net
Two specific dates that this is happening on is Sunday Oct 5 – Paris Bound and Thurs Oct 23, Bewitched. Both are set at $35, but after the registration page is filled out and it takes you to the payment page, the price changes to $3

Hi,

Could you go to WP-admin –> Settings –> Permalinks and set it to postname and save changes?

Next, what event did this happen with or did it happen with all recent registrations (not specific to a single event)?

As I mentioned in my above comment, it is happening on different events…now three for sure: Oct 5th, Oc.t. 16th and Oct. 23rd events. The registration page states the ticket price correctly – $35.00. When it takes you to the payment page, price changes to $3 per person! $32.00 difference. How do I correct this??

Hi,

Could you backup your WordPress and update to the current software?

Next, could you go to each of these events and re-save without making any changes?

I just updated this past Friday. It was happening prior to the update, and continued after – I will try to save and see what happens

Lorenzo…I re-saved the events and it seems to be working now. I will let you know if there are any further issues.
