Ticket price not showing

We are trying to setup our authorize.net gateway.  We have completed all the steps but when setting up an event, regardless of the price we input, the price still shows $0.  Is there something we are missing?

Hi Brian,

 

First thing to check is to see if WP User Integration (Members) add on is installed and active. If it is then check the Member pricing in the event as these default to 0, and if you are logged in (which you generally are) it will display the member pricing.

If it is not that please supply a link to an event in question.

we do have the https plug-in and the User Integration is installed and active.  For some reason we can get it to show on the event calendar but not always.  However, regardless it does not show on the event page itself even when showing inside the event overview.  here is a link to an example (this event is $65)  https://presenterbox.com/event-calendar/?ee=53

Have you made customizations to the registration page files?

Yes, I believe we did to one of them.  Is there something we should look for?

Hi Brian,

It looks like you’re on an older version of Event Espresso so what you can do is run diff (we recommend using diffmerge) comparing the templates that were modified to the originals. There were changes to the pricing functions around the time of 3.1.27 to 3.1.28 so you might have templates based on 3.1.27 copied over to /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates. If that’s the case, you could compare them to the templates within the Event Espresso plugin.

I’m not sure  how to do that but I’ll discuss with our designer.  Do you recommend we update to the newest version?

We generally do recommend keeping Event Espresso and its add-ons up to date. Each version will have new features, bug fixes, and security enhancements.
