Hi there, That’s using the ticket template within the message system. Go to Event Espresso -> Default Message Templates -> Ticket -> Edit Registrant. Is that empty or can you the ticket template there? If it is empty click on the ‘Reset Templates’ button on that page and EE will regenerate the ticket template for you. |

What status does your registration have? The ticket URL you are using will only show tickets for ‘Approved’ registrations. If you view this URL: https://mitunsdigital.de/?ee=ee-txn-tickets-url&token=1-b0935837e7f49a31cf1d19d4ef0493f2 The ticket shows as expected so I assume your ticket is not Approved? |

The difference between my URL and yours is simply that my URL pulls all tickets even if they are not approved. This
The registration linked to that ticket does not have a status of ‘Approved’, it has been set to ‘Cancelled’, which is why the ticket will not display with the [TXN_TICKETS_APPROVED_URL] shortcode: |
