Ticket Options expanding into sidebar. 3.9.1/new EE installation 4.2.4reg

Is there a way to remove the side bar(change template) of the ticket options page.
The Ticket options area expands into the sidebar.

That page is using the archive.php template, if your theme is supplying one. Mine is using wp-content/themes/twentyfourteen/archive.php. So if I wanted to remove a sidebar from that page, I would comment out lines 72 or 73.
