I’m having some trouble with tickets numbers for some complicated combinations of event tickets. I’m selling workshops where you have the option of buying tickets for each individual day or for a whole weekend. The total number of seats in each day’s workshop is 25. But if I sell tickets to individual days, there are fewer available for the whole weekend… but the ticket sales for each ticket type doesn’t tell the others there are fewer available. Does this make sense?
How can I fix it so all the tickets sold count against the total number available?
If that does not help, then please share a screenshot (https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#screenshots) of the ticket and date times editor area in the event editor so we can see what you currently have setup. Then let us know how things should be assigned (e.g. first and second ticket assigned to the first datetime).
I think I have it working properly now! I had an extra datetime set up for the whole weekend in addition to the individual events… I took that away and I believe it’s working properly.
EE does not officially support partial payments at this time so in order to take deposits your users would need to send the payment from outside of Event Espresso.
They could use PayPal using the send money feature and then you manually apply that payment to each registrations transaction or pay via check, send the money to yourself and then again you manually apply that payment.
Yeah, I know… I hope you add that feature soon, it’s really important! I’m still trying to figure out the easiest way for customers to do that.
