Ticket Not Working

I changed my Logo image (same size) and then tried a link to check it was displaying ok and the module has stopped working.

It will not produce a ticket

Hi Ged,

That doesn’t look like a valid registration ID, it should look something like this:

r_id=50f43994738f99.05838550

Can you go into the Attendee Reports view and click on the ticket link icon on the far right side of the screen for one of the attendees?

You can also check to see if you have the latest version of the ticketing add-on installed. The latest version can be downloaded from your account page.

Hi Josh

I’m flumoxed – it’s working fine now.

All day I have had people calling saying they couldn’t download tickets and now it’s working fine.
