Ticket not visable with link in sent mail

Hi,
The link in de mail of my ticket does not show the content of my ticket.
But when I check the tickets via my wordpress admin-page, the ticket is visible and shows the content. I can send you the links private.
What can be the case? Recently I changed my php to 8.3.14 in order of my service provider.
