Ticket message not working

Hi there!

Some of the new registrants for an event, after they have paid the fee via PayPal (the paying method we have active in our website) don’t receive the email with the tickets link to print. They call us to the office and we have to resend the ticket message manually to them. Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

Hi Sala,

Can you check one of these registration and tell me the registration status and also the transaction status please?
