Hello Eventespresso Team,

is it possible to modify the Mail-Settings?
The System is sending the Ticket Mail at same time as the registration approved mail to the attendee. Is it possible to send this Ticket mail even then, if we set the registration as “paid”?

Hi there,

So you don’t want the ticket notice email to trigger automatically when the registration is approved, but do want to trigger it automatically when you apply a payment?

If so, it’s the registration status that triggers the email so I don’t think this can easily be done but can look into it.
