Hello,
I couldnt see any jquery errors which is the common problem, but the validation jquery is not loading on your site. Can you deactivate the language plugin and see if the validation starts up?
If so you may need to refer to the plugin author as it is unclear what is causing the issue.

Hi,
The validation isnt occurring because it is done via jQuery and the jQuery library is not loading. Why it is not loading is not clear.
Currently therefore, the best thing to do is a full troubleshoot. Deactivate all plugins except Event Espresso. Change the theme to the default Twenty Twelve theme.
Test the validation. If it works, bring the theme back and test again, and then the plugins one by one, each time testing to see if the validation still works. If it fails then we know its a theme/plugin issue and can look further into the cause from there.
