Ticket Limits

For a given registration I have a required ticket. They only need to purchase 1 of these. How can I make the drop down just be 0 or 1 or even get rid of the drop down and just automatically include this ticket in the purchase?

If you click on the cog icon () for the specific ticket you have a minimum quantity and maximum quantity option you can set. If you set the Max qty to 1 for that ticket the dropdown would show 0-1, however…

or even get rid of the drop down and just automatically include this ticket in the purchase?

If you have other tickets available you can’t remove the dropdown as it stands, but you can set the ticket to be required, which forces the ticket selector to default to a qty of 1 for that ticket and not allow you to set anything lower.

To do that again click the cog icon and click the ‘This ticket is required’ checkbox for that ticket, then update the event.

You can also use the max quantity setting above and set it to 1 again to only allow 1 of that ticket to be purchased if needed.
