With the “Limit” for “Event Datetimes” and the “Qty” for “Available tickets”, what is it that counts towards the limit? Is it “Sold” (which I guess is RAP) or “Regs” (which I guess is RPP)? Or something else? Thanks.

Hi Jonathan,

Approved registrations (which would be RAP) are the only registrations that apply to the sold values.

The Datetime Limit is the overall limit for all tickets assigned to a datetime.

You can set qty fields per ticket, once the ‘sold’ value for the ticket reaches the qty field for a specific ticket, that ticket sells out. Then once the sold values for all tickets reach the Limit for the specified datetime, the event is sold out.

For example you could have a single Datetime with a limit of 50, but then have 10 VIP tickets and the rest can be standard tickets, you’d set a qty of 10 on the VIP ticket, the other would be 40.

Does that help?
