Hi,

Do you know why it shows those all of those times instead of just once each?

Hi there,
That’s an odd one!
May I ask, was this site migrated from EE3 to EE4 or was this originally a clean install of EE4?
In your screenshot it shows there are 6 Price types in the Trash (Event Espresso -> Pricing -> Price Types -> Trash), what are those price types, please?
Any custom development on this site at all?

Hi Tony,
Thanks for your prompt reply. It was migrated from EE3 to EE4 several years ago (fundamentally as soon as EE4 was out) – no custom developments.
Here are the ones in the trash, I guess they were default ones? https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruWKlXY

Hmm, ok.
Have you previously not marked your tickets as taxable or is this a new issue on all taxable tickets?
It looks like you have multiple price types marked as tax in your database, but I can’t think of a way to make that happen other than something strange happening with an EE3 migration, but then I’m surprised this hasn’t come up previously if the site was migrated that long ago.

Yeah, those are the defaults. They don’t really need to be trashed as the promotions system would try to use those for example and now can’t but it is unlikely them being in the trash is causing this.
