Ticket invoice says cost is $0

I am not sure if I set up my ticketing correctly for our summer musical. For some reason it will only show member pricing, not set pricing, and when I try to add a surcharge for Paypal payments it doesn’t seem to charge it. When I “bought” one for myself, the invoice said I owed $0, which was not true. I had one lady buy tickets, but it told her she could only buy them one at a time. She said she bought 3, but the list says 5. We have a concurrent event going to register for classes, and I don’t know if that is messing things up. So, I would appreciate any help to set this up correctly as the show is in 3 weeks, and I need that online ticketing to work asap. Disclaimer – I am not a programmer, so instructions need to be in English. Also, I have purchased a support ticket, and would like to use it for this if need be, but I don’t see anywhere to request that. Ideas? Thanks

The first two things I would check are: 1) Make sure Event Espresso and the add-ons are up-to-date. Compare the version numbers of the installed plugins to the ones on your account page.
2) Make sure the invoice payment option is active in the Event Espresso>Payment Settings screen.

If you purchased a support token prior to the launch of the new site last month, it may not be tied to your account. We still can look up the purchase though. Um, I just used my ticket recently with Seth to update Espresso & all my plug-ins, and WordPress is current. This is the info from my origin purchase. I should have 20 minutes left.
