Ticket Email not being sent

Hi,

What is missing?

I have 3 forms to checkout, Cheque, Bank Transfer and Paypal. I have tested with Bank Transfer at which point the booking is made, I go into admin and make a payment against that booking, however the email that was generated last week with a link to tickets is not being sent now and I am not sure what has gone wrong.

Hi there,

The ticket notice will not be triggered with manual admin payments, to trigger that message when submitting a manual payment you’ll need to click the action to trigger the ticket notice – http://take.ms/hmDhA

If you use an online payment method such as PayPal (in sandbox or normal mode) and pay on the front end, the ticket notice is triggered then, but not within the admin.
