Ticket confusions

I hope you can help me asap.

It’s about where we are experience a weird scenario with the tickets.

There is Event Administrators who only has access to their own events.

Sometimes they need to adjust the attendee limit. And when the event get saved it creates a new ticket.

That causes a huge issue for us, because the price modifier and connection to the LearnDash course dissappear.

That mean that attendees pay the wrong amount, several new attendees abandon the checkout due to the price is wrong, and if they complete after all, they don’t get the access to the LearnDash course.

I hope you will respond quickly, because this is a very huge problem for our business.

Hi Michael,

It sounds like the account doesn’t have access to all of the required entities for a ticket, so when increasing the attendee limit EE detects a change to the price/modifiers (because the user doesn’t have access to them) and creates a duplicate ticket.

There is Event Administrators who only has access to their own events.

Can you add some details on what you are using for this, please?

Custom role? If so, what capabilities are assigned to the role?
