Hi Chris, are you currently using the WP user integration add-on for Event Espresso 4?
If so, your attendees will have a login that they can use to access their registrations via your WP dashboard.
If you are not using that add-on, then another way for your attendees to receive their tickets is to resent their ticket notification email. You can do this by going to Event Espresso –> Registrations.
Next, the right area of the screen will have an actions column. Click on the resend ticket notice icon which appears as an envelope next to the ticket icon:
