Ticket Application "Hangs up"

I’m running on WordPress Version number 3.5.2 with the newest versions of Event Espresso as of last week. (This is the Business version with all add-ons installed – New installation) Event registration page is http://bpwsouthsound.com/event-registration/

The ticketing application tries to fetch events, but doesn’t complete the operation. I have de-installed and re-stalled, but the application cannot be cancelled. My Android phone must be powered off to cancel.

Hi Renae,

Have you installed the espresso-services onto your server via FTP? Instructions on how to do that: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/espresso-ticketing/

Make sure that the permissions are set to 755 on all of the files in that directory.
