Need assistance adding an add on to a parent ticket
We have an event that charges $1000 for an individual
if the individual wants to bring team member/s they can purchase a $100 additional ticket along with their individual ticket of $1000
Can you provide clear instructions on how to make this possible
I have tried many attempts including selecting This ticket is required (will appear first in frontend ticket lists). and it did not work.

Hi there,

Selecting the $1000 as a required ticket and NOT having the $100 as a required ticket is how you would do this in Event Espresso.

When you say it didn’t work, may I ask why? What didn’t work?
