Ticket abd QR Code not receiving in email

When our customers are purchasing a ticket to our event, the ticket with QR code for scanning at the venue is not being received. Has worked recently but now not.

Hi there,

That would be the ‘ticket notice’ email unless you have altered the default setup?

If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages and view the message activity table, can you see the email listed there as showing sent?
