If I create an event with 2 dates and assign a different ticket (ticket 1 for datetime 1 and ticket 2 for datetime 2) to each date, is there a way to let ticket 2 go active only once and if ticket 1 is sold out?

In different words, if I have an event on Monday, and I only want to offer the same event again several days later if the Monday event has sold out, is there a way to do this?

Thanks.

Hi there,

We don’t have an option to do that automatically now, although you can manually add an additional dateime/ticket to the event one it has sold out and re-open the event.

It would be possible to remove the additional ticket(s) from the ticket selector based on the ‘status’ of another using the hooks available within EE, however, to do so would require the help of a developer.

If you are not working with a developer current we recommend the folks at codeable.
