It looks like some of the css/code is not being outputted. Does you site have HTTPS? Can you provide a link to a ticket?

Hi,

The ticket looks fine at this end http://d.pr/i/GMDG

I can only assume it is browser related. Can you clear your browser cache and try again, and/or test in a different browser?

Have you tried to download the ticket?

The problem is when you try to download the ticket

My apologies, no I didn’t, and yes I see the same problem.

Have you modified the ticketing add on in any way? If not I would remove the ticketing add on and reinstall it and see if that resolves it, as it looks like the PDF converter isn’t being called correctly.

If you have modified it in some way then you will need to review your modifications.

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?

If so, please send them via https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level.

Hey,

Looking at this I see nothing wrong. Absolutely nothing. It matches my test server in files etc, and the PDF on my test server works fine.

Right now the only option is to troubleshoot. Start by deactivating all plugins except Event espresso and Ticketing. Revert to a default theme such as TwentyTwelve and test the ticket pdf again. If it works then its a theme/plugin conflict. Bring the theme and plugins back active one at a time, testing the pdf each time until the culprit is found.

If the ticket pdf fails to work even with only the 2 plugins and the default theme active, then we will need to look into it further but all indications point to a silent conflict somewhere.

I did test the pdf with the caching plugin off, and on a non cached browser but I may not have cleared the entire cache, so you may want to check that as well.
