Thums up and Thums down not working

I have tested our active event on multiple devices 3 to be exact (ipad, iphone, android) in 2 different locations. All of the devices successfully checked in the attendee but none of them showed the green thumbs up or red thumbs down.

In testing to see what the problem was I created a new test event and it worked flawlessly in the new event. The problem is clearly with the event itself.

I need to fix this issue before the new year since the tickets are for a new years party.

I have two other outstanding questions and have not been very impressed by the fact that those questions have been ignored by the support staff at a certain point.

I am sorry for the delay in the response to your support requests. I’ll try to track those down right now.

Can you let us know which version of Event Espresso, the ticketing add-on, and the mobile app api is installed?

There was a recent update to the ticketing add-on and the mobile app api that may resolve this for you.

EE is 3.1.29
Ticketing is 2.0.9
How do I check the mobile API?

The mobile API (“espresso-services” folder) should be located in the root directory of your server. Do you know if you have these files installed on your server?

Yes I do have the mobile API installed I just don’t know how to check to see what version I have.

Just looked in the folder I have ver 2.1

Upgraded to ver 2.2 and it seems to have fixed the problem.
