I have tested our active event on multiple devices 3 to be exact (ipad, iphone, android) in 2 different locations. All of the devices successfully checked in the attendee but none of them showed the green thumbs up or red thumbs down.
In testing to see what the problem was I created a new test event and it worked flawlessly in the new event. The problem is clearly with the event itself.
I need to fix this issue before the new year since the tickets are for a new years party.
I have two other outstanding questions and have not been very impressed by the fact that those questions have been ignored by the support staff at a certain point.
The mobile API (“espresso-services” folder) should be located in the root directory of your server. Do you know if you have these files installed on your server?
Upgraded to ver 2.2 and it seems to have fixed the problem.
