I’ve seen a few mentions of this, but not clear solution. Hoping this is a known issue. I’m using the payment gateway skeleton plugin for EDD. On my local it works fine. On our dev server I get the “This registration step could not be completed. Please refresh the page” error when registering for an event. Looks like it’s an admin-ajax “502 Bad Gateway” error. http://prntscr.com/f1z4mm Refreshing then works fine. The site is hosted on RackSpace. Seems like a server issue. Anything I should try? Thanks!

What could happen is the code runs OK on the dev server because the dev server is running a higher version of PHP or even libCurl. You can activate WP_DEBUG and quite likely log the Fatal Error to the wp-content’s debug.log file.

You can also go to Event Espresso > Payment Methods > Logs and check the logs there too for errors.
