We recently changed from PHP 5.2 to 7.2, after which the registration process is not working properly and even the promotion code is not being applied to any of the events.

Hi Mike,

Quite likely your site has some custom code that’s not compatible with PHP 7.2. You can check the PHP error logs to see which parts of that code needs to be fixed.
