I have CentOS server with WHM control panel, and configured the EE on my wordpress site. But when I login from my iPhone app it does work.
Error occurred
The server was acting as a gateway or proxy and received an invalid response from the upstream server.
I have followed the following troubleshoot guide and updated the .htaccess file according.

You could check with the server admin and make sure the .htaccess addition will actually allow the Authorization header to be passed. The part where you add code to the .htaccess file may need to be tweaked.
Or, if you can configure the server to not use FastCGI mode that will help.
