We have canceled 5 registrations that belongs to the same person. On the registrations page one of the five registration still shows the paid amount since the other four shows “0” as paid amount.Please see the screen shot;
Have you deleted/funded the payment within the EE transaction?
Click on the transaction date for that bottom row.
Do you see a payment listed there?
If so either delete it, or if you want to keep a record of the payment and refund, click apply refund, provide the details and apply the refund to the transaction.
