The old company info is still showing on Invoices and Receipts

Even though the company info under the General Settings is correct, the [company] shortcode is still showing the company info from over 2.5 years ago. It is incorrect. I can’t even find it in the db, so where is it being generated from.Receipt pdf indicating incorrect company info

Hi there,

This usually means the info has been added to the Invoice payment method, anything set on that payment method will override the general settings.

Go to Event Espresso -> Payment methods.

Find the Invoice payment method there, if it isn’t activated, temporarily activate it.

Check the Invoice settings, do you see the ‘old’ date shown there? If so, either blank out the fields that you don’t want to use (EE will use the General Settings fields for them) and save, or update the settings and save.

If you then don’t want the Invoice payment method, you can deactivate it again.
