I like the shortcode to show my events on a page, quite useful. What i was wanting to know is if there is a short code like this that i can use on a page that my event organisers can view, so they can see all their events? and then possibly the people who have registered for the events?
I know they can see their events from the WP admin panel but i would rather not give them access to this.
We currently don’t have any kind of front end event manager that can be used for this.
I know you mentioned you don’t want to provide access to the WP-Admin but do you know you can use the capabilities within Event Espresso to only provide access to specific sections?
As in you can create a user role that only has access to Event Espresso within the admin and can only view events, registration etc that relate to that user.
However we have other features that are higher priority so those will be developed before this meaning it is unlikely to be released within the near future without sponsorship.
One of the reasons we introduced the roadmap is to at least let our users know that we do take note of the feedback and feature requests we just have to fit them in with our own plans and focus our developments.
Please feel free to vote/comment on any of the cards there and if you have a feature request that isn’t on the list just open up a thread and let us know so we can at least discuss it.
