I’ve received notification from ANZ that the MD5 hash algorithm will be decommissioned post 30 Nov – which is currently used by EE.

Are there plans to update this?

Hi Sarah,

We’ll need to take a look at what’s involved with upgrading the ANZ gateway for EE3. I’ll update this thread with more information about the plans for updating it when I have more information.

Hi Sarah,

Here’s an update: We have a branch of EE3 that has the recommended changes for the ANZ gateway, and it’s ready for testing. We’re testing the changes on our web servers that run EE3. If you’d like to test on your web server, you can download a copy of the branch from our github repository.

If the above link goes to a 404, then that means the testing was completed and the branch was merged to the main “master” branch on github, which is equivalent to the next update’s release candidate. The release candidate is also available to download from Github as well.
