The invoice pdf file download is empty

I have a personal subscription of the Event Espresso plugin. When I purchased a event ticket the invoice page appeared. However, the pdf download file of this invoice is empty.
Please help.

Hi there,

This ties in with your other thread HERE and using PHP8, it looks the the version of the DOMPDF library we are currently using to generate the PDF’s is not compatible with PHP8.

I’ve created a ticket to investigate this further but in the mean time you’ll need to switch the version of PHP in use on your site to PHP7.X
