Hi,

i installed EE4 on my fresh WordPress site successfully but when i
click on it this appears:
The incoming statuses argument must be an array with keys as the $status_id and values as the $status_code

i wanted to buy this plugin but with this errors….

thank you for help.

Hi,

Sorry for any trouble. We haven’t heard of any errors on a fresh install, so could you please provide the following information so we can try and pinpoint what’s happening:

Can you clarify the exact version your have installed (and where you downloaded it from)?

Also, when/where does this error appear – e.g. in the admin area, the front of the site?

If the error appearing in a pop up box or as text on the screen?

Can you copy and paste the error exactly as it is please?
