"The email Registration confirmation was not updated"

When we go to Email Manager> edit Registration Confirmation

Added some additional text and clicked Update and got the error:

The email Registration confirmation was not updated

Version; Version 3.1.30.5P

Hi Bob,

I have not been able to recreate this. Is this the only email in EMail Manager? If not do other emails fail to update?

Have you tried creating a new email and editing that? Same response?
