The Captcha Page and Incorrect Phrase Entry

I’m getting some frustrated users. If you enter an incorrect Phrase in the Captcha field, it takes you to a different page just to tell you it’s incorrect and you should try again. Then you have to start over with the registration process all over again and answer all the questions that you just filled out.

Is there a different way of doing this? Can’t it tell you on the same page so you don’t lose all those entries?

This is something that we are addressing in Event Espresso 3.2.

I should note that some browsers will ‘remember’ the entries and all the form fields will be filled out after returning to the registration page.
