On the thank you page and pdf invoice all of the registration information is listed and in a seemingly random order and the first name, last name, and address information is repeated. On the registration page http://cmproficiency.com/events/cmproficiency-2015-1/ the field are in the correct order.

How do I modify the order of these fields and remove some of them from the pdf invoice (we only need the name and organization for the invoice)?

Also, how do I remove the VAT/Tax line under our company name?
