Good day. On our Thank You page the total ticket price is shown, even if the registrant paid the early bird price. For example, if the ticket price is $60, however the early bird offers a $10 discount, the total on the Thank You page still shows $60. The registrant is only charged $50 by PayPal, but the Thank You page shows $60 which gives the registrant the impression they will be charged $60. How do we fix this to show the correct amount actually charged? Version 3.1.15.P

Hello,
This issue was fixed in an update (3.1.24.3). We are currently on 3.1.29.1.
You will want to follow these instructions to update to the latest version: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/updating-event-espresso/
There are 3.1.15 specific steps to take. Once you are updated, you shouldn’t have the issue anymore.
