Test email not saving under "extra actions" for custom message template creation

Hello. I am unable to save a new test email address under “extra actions” for custom message template creation. The old address is there, I change this and click save or save and close and it always refreshes with the old address still?

Hi there,

The email address used to send a test email is the address that will be saved and you can’t actually ‘save’ an address.

So to change that address, set a new email address in that field and click ‘Test Send’, that should save the new email address you set.
