We have responded to your question in our last support thread over a week ago and nobody is responding. I can see your support agents are active on the forum however our accounts are being ignored. We have made attempts to contact through forum and email and nobody is responding. We’ve also had requests for support on other accounts and these are also being ignored by your support agents.
What is happening here? This is a strange way of treating paying customers of your plugins.
