I ran into a similar issue of trying to locate the template settings, as this support ticket:

This is such a stupid question, but is there an easier way to change general styling like font colors, sizes, etc to appear in the registration tables that are the result of using a shortcode?

Hi there,
To change the styles on a page you need to add your own CSS, there are multiple ways to do that however one of the easiest is to use a plugin such as My Custom CSS or Reaktiv CSS Builder.
Those plugins add a section to the WP Admin so you can add custom styles that override the default ones. You can use something like Chrome Dev Tools to inspect the elements you want to style and create custom rules from within that, then add them to the above plugins.
