Template Feature Not Unlocked with ES 4 Purchase

I purchased ES 4 Personal to unlock the templates tab in the events management page, but the templates page is still a non clickable image. I have cleared my cache and sign out then back in. Any thoughts?

I just tried clearing cookies and it’s still not working to show the options.

Hi there,

Your site currently has the Event Espresso Decaf install, you need the regular version.

Go to the plugins menu, de-activate and delete Event Espresso decaf (You will not lose your data).

Then download the regular version from your account page and add that version through Dashboard -> PLugins -> Add new -> Upload plugin.

Once you activate that version the templates tab will be available.
